How do I cancel my subscription?▾
Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → choose Piccolo → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
How do I delete my account?▾
Open Piccolo → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes all your family’s data immediately from your device and within 30 days from our servers. Important: deleting your Piccolo account does not cancel your Apple subscription. If you’re still in trial or actively subscribed, cancel separately through iOS Settings (see above).
I’m being charged but I can’t open the app▾
Restore your subscription state by opening Piccolo → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. If that doesn’t help, email us at contact@heypiccolo.com with your Apple ID email so we can look it up.
I want a refund▾
Apple handles refunds for all App Store purchases. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com → find the Piccolo purchase → request a refund. We can’t process refunds directly because Apple controls all subscription billing.
How do I unlink a co-parent?▾
Open Piccolo → Settings → Co-Parent → tap the linked account → Unlink. Unlinking takes effect immediately and revokes the other party’s access to shared data going forward.
I have a privacy concern▾
See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how we handle it. For COPPA-specific inquiries (information about a child under 13), email contact@heypiccolo.com with “COPPA inquiry” in the subject line.
